Excellent staff - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always pleasant and cheerful. Perhaps gauge a bit more regarding number of guests checked in, and the availability of items at breakfast. Many items ran out quickly, more than an hour before closing time. The ratio of breakfast items to guests was in the minus. The lobby areas in front of the elevators unfortunately need attending to. Perhaps the bins need deep cleaning and the carpet as well. There is a negative scent when exiting the elevators.
