The Space
When you’re at the Tree Top Terrace, everything you need is within walking distance! The condominium is located in the heart of the Haile Village Center, a picturesque community boasting an outdoor Farmers Market every Saturday, several wonderful restaurants offering local eats, and miles of paved bike and running paths running throughout the area. Grab a bite at Volcanic Sushi or the Queen's Arm English pub, or catch weekend brunch at The Bistro - all within walking distance from the condo! Additionally, Patticakes offers gourmet coffee and small bites, while The Perfect Gift keeps locals supplied with decorative art and hand-picked wines. Haile Village Salon and Spa offers full service spa and massage, while Sander's Jewelers can create magic in any style that meets your needs. This third floor condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with cathedral ceilings, outdoor balcony terrace, and an open living design. Enjoy the clean comfort of new appliances, elegant new furnishings, and modern luxury bathrooms - including a walk-in tile shower with multi-head spa faucet and luxury towel warming rack in the master bathroom. A fully appointed peaceful balcony nestled within the trees overlooks the Haile central park and village streets. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and dining in. For visiting professionals, a built-in office area features a 42 inch Smart TV monitor, printer, and office supplies. Luxury linens, towels, and bathroom necessities such as shampoo and conditioner are all provided to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

Additional amenities include new LG washer and dryer, Smart-Lock deadbolt in front door, high-speed wifi, 60 inch smart TV, built-in 42-inch smart TV monitor with laptop hook-up in office area, printer, and Nest thermostat for easy adjustments of heating and A/C settings.

Also included is unlimited access to the exclusive Village Center Pool and Gym (see photos), both just a 3 minute walk from the condo. All utilities, local HOA fees, and access to gym and pool are included in rental rate.

We (owners of the TreeTop Terrace) are both professionals and travel frequently for our work. We both know how nice it is to stay in a place that feels like a home instead of a hotel, and thus, we decided to share our condo with traveling people just like us. We love this little getaway spot and have tried to make it as comfortable and perfect as possible. We ask that all guests respect and care for our home as if it were their own.

A great way to experience Haile Village Center. Coffee shop across the square, restaurants around the corner. The condo has been updated with a clean contemporary style and is quiet and comfortable.

Amazing place
Owners accommodated us with early check-in and late check-outs which tremendously helped us with our flight schedules. We loved the home, exactly as described or even better in person. It is in the third floor of the condo so you have to walk up the stairs. But we already knew so wasn’t a problem for us. Very high ceilings and very spacious for our family of four to stay comfortably. The village has Saturday Farmers market and it was bigger than what we expected so we feel like we enjoyed everything the property offered. Gym and pool key was provided too but we didn’t have time to use. Comfy parking in the village and never was a problem for us. We would return to this unit when we are back in Gainesville! Thank you so much for making our trip memorable!

Excellent place to stay! Communication was great. Very clean, and beds, couch were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook and loved the coffee machine and coffee pods to choose from. Haile Village is an adorable area with good restaurants and walking pathways. We loved being able to just walk to the famed Farmer's Market on Saturday. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. And our UF daughter was able to stay a night with us. Felt like home! We will definitely be back!

Haile Plantation Condo
Very clean and comfortable condo in a great neighborhood. Enjoyed the use of the pool and fitness center, and the Saturday morning farmer's market was fantastic. Easy access to UF and plenty of shops. Condo was well stocked and kitchen was great for prepping homemade meals during our week stay. Would highly recommend for your trip to the Gainesville area.

Family Time
This place was exactly as advertised. I stayed with my mom and sister so that we could visit my daughter who lives nearby. We wanted to have a place where we could cook our own meals, enjoy an occasional meal out, and relax by a nice, quiet pool. It offered all of that. Our host, Sally, was exceptional. I had several questions throughout our stay, and she was prompt with her responses. I would recommend to any small party looking for a quiet and quaint getaway.

Great location for UF parents
I loved the location and the unit we rented. The unit was updated, clean and had all of the conveniences of home. The location was awesome. It wasn't far from the school and they were a bunch of shops, restaurants, bars and farmers market within walking distance.

We loved our stay in Haile Village. The condo is just as described - super clean, well stocked and a great floorplan that gave all of us plenty of space. We loved the location and the Saturday morning farmers’ market. Also enjoyed sitting out on the deck for late night chats. We will definitely stay again on future visits!

UF Graduation weekend
This was PERFECT! Graduation is so spread out that it was wonderful to have such a beautiful place to relax with family during the downtime. We enjoyed being able to spend quality time with our graduate going to the farmers market and just hanging out watching movies over the weekend. We are just sorry we didn’t find this place until her senior year. This is so much better than a hotel.

Haile Condo
The condo was great - clean, well appointed. Our host was wonderful, very responsive and went out of her way to ensure all our needs were met. Haile is a beautiful community with great walking paths and regular community events. A bit disappointed Hawkstone golf course no longer allows non-members to play but we found a couple of other public courses. The community gym was great but we discovered March is a bit cool for the community pool. All in all, we very much enjoyed our time here.

On the Piazza in Haile
This visit was full of wonderful surprises. Beautiful top floor unit overlooking the square in the village of Haile. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the activity below. The condo had everything... Particularly loved the high quality towels and towel warmer, and also the office area with a monitor for occasional work. Enjoyed having good food and other retailers right outside our door!

We returned to this lovely condo for two weeks after our stay in September. It is so very comfortable. Everything about it is easy and convenient. My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for about 2 1/2 weeks. The description and the pictures of the property perfectly describe this modern and very comfortable space. We had all the comforts of home and the condo was stocked extremely well with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Quiet utopia
The treetop terrace was perfect ! Very clean and well put together home away from home. The property has been very well maintained. The location is picturesque and lovely. I felt safe in the community and the area has lots to offer in the close walking distance. My favorite parts of the home was the balcony with a very nice view and the office area where i can easily set up workinh from Home. The home is fully equipped for long or short stays. The hostess s Sally is very welcoming, helpful and understanding. Sally was pleasant to work with and I can definitely see myself coming back very soon.

Wonderful visit to Haile Plantation
My wife and I visited Haile Plantation in March and stayed for three weeks at Casa Soleil. The property was as described in the VRBO listing and our stay was wonderful in all respects. The condo was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The living room has a sectional sofa with a smart TV that has cable and access to all major streaming channels for those that have subscriptions. The kitchen appliances were in good working order and there were plenty of dishes and cookware. The porch is big enough for two people and it overlooks a small park in Haile Village. The only possible drawback to the condo is that it is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Hauling suitcases and other things up the stairs for a three-week stay was a bit difficult! The location of the condo was terrific. Haile Village has restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and a farmer’s market every Saturday. There are miles of walking trails in Haile Plantation that are nicely shaded. The people in Haile Village were friendly and the community seemed quiet and safe at all times. The property owners were most welcoming and were exceptionally responsive to all of our needs, even coming to the condo within a few hours to change a light bulb on one of the vaulted ceilings. I give this property the highest possible rating and would recommend it for anyone interested in visiting Haile Plantation.

This property fit all my needs and was a wonderful home base for my visit in the Gainesville area.
This property was clean and well equiped. I enjoyed morning coffee and evening desert on the balcony. It was quiet and I could easily get to anywhere during my visit to the Gainesville area. I highly recommend it and will try to return another time.

Great February at Haile Village
The location in the Haile Village was perfect, we listened to bands on Friday evenings, ate at the local outdoor restaurants, and shopped at the farmers market on Saturday mornings. We met our goal of enjoying the outdoors almost everyday we were in Florida, while Ohio experienced cold and snow. The condo was clean and elegant, it was in a great location only 10 minutes to Celebration Point and a short drive to biking/hiking trails and UF. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the village square drinking wine in the evening. We could not have asked for a better hostess than Sally. Everything was perfect when we arrived and she responded quickly to any of our concerns or questions. We hope to return next February!

Perfect Gainesville Base Camp!
We stayed 5 days at this Haile Plantation property to celebrate our daughters completion of her master's thesis. It was exactly as advertised and the photos were a fair representation of this very clean and well kept apartment. We did several day trips in the area including a couple visits to the Gulf Coast. Given its location on the western part of town it made it easy to make those trips and avoid the somewhat hectic Gainesville traffic. A very nice and quiet planned community with all the needed amenities either within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very easily accessible and very accommodating. I stayed for a month in February. This condo in the village is wonderful. It was comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping. The people in the area are friendly. The owners were very helpful and willing to help me with questions I had. I would highly recommend staying at this great condo.
