Workshop stay
Publié le 9 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery pleased with this home. Kitchen nice and spacuios for 3 people preparing food and cooking at the same time. House very clean. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Host responded very quickly to my question about operating this new to me thermostat. Very pleased.

Very spacious clean home away from home
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy daughters and I needed a place to stay as we were displaced from Hurricane Milton. The house was great. We had plenty of room, there are a variety of games available. The location made it easy to get onto the main roads. There is a very large backyard with a nice deck and bistro lights which made the stay even more home like. I would highly recommend it.

Very accommodating
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and organized. Very cozy and convenient for out of town workers. We even helped cleaned up yard debris from roof and grounds after hurricane Melton.

Amazing stay

Fantastic House
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was extremely clean and well stocked. House was spacious and was just like being at home for our long stay.
We brought our 2 German Shepherds who loved running around in the yard and exploring.
House is very close to UF and made the back and forth to there very easy.
We will definitely try and book the house again when we go up for weekends to see our Gator.

Great location for visiting UF

Contact with the management was smooth and we received all check in information the day of arrival. The instructions were on spot on and made it easy to find the home. The house was clean with plenty of room for a large family. Has everything you need to cook a meal and plenty of games for kids/teenagers. We found lots of restaurants around the area and Publix and pharmacy closed by. Great place to stay in Gainesville.

Spacious and Well Appointed Home

We were in town for my niece's wedding and was a great place to come back to after our pre/post wedding events.
AC works well, comfortable furniture

Great location for UF visit

Everything went great
