Grandkid visit

Needs some basic upgrades but lots of beds
Publié le 6 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving. Communication with property manager was great. Unit needs some very basic cleaning supplies like kitchen towels, clean sponges or dishwasher packets. Washclothes not available.

To clarify, cleaning supplies such as kitchen towels, sponges, and dishwasher packets are provided and stored under the sink for convenience. Additionally, as noted in our listing description and house rules, we do not provide washcloths. We encourage all guests to review these details beforehand to ensure expectations align with what we offer.
It’s disappointing that, instead of reaching out to us earlier, you waited until leaving a bad review to mention these concerns. This approach unfairly harms a business that strives to provide excellent service and transparency to our guests.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for a weekend trip to UF for a Gator game or other UF event this is a great place to stay. Located right of I-75 and convenient to the Oaks Mall and looks of quality restaurants. The rental unit is quiet, clean and enjoyable.

Not what I expected
Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived around 8 PM on Friday night to a lot of people in the parking lot smoking and drinking and kind of being loud was a little scary and sketchy and kind of heard that most of the night got out was looking forward to a cuppa coffee because I was tired from lack of sleep and the coffee pot does not work. It’s secure and it needs to be, the scaled so it did not work. I was not happy will not ever stay here again.

We have thoroughly reviewed the security footage and can confirm that there was no one drinking or causing disturbances in the parking lot during your stay. As for the coffee maker, it was fully functional and working properly at the time of your visit.
It’s important to note that our property is located in a lively college town, especially during events like the Gator Games, which can lead to an increase in activity outside. However, we cannot be held responsible for any public behavior in the surrounding areas.
Based on our findings, it seems this review may not accurately reflect the reality of your experience and appears to be an attempt to unfairly damage our reputation. We take all reviews seriously, but it's unfortunate when false information is used to misrepresent the facts.

Softball weekend

In Town For Work

Great spot to visit our UF student

The check in and out process was super simple and the smart lock system made it easy to come and go. The shower pressure was really good. A lot of attention to detail and efforts to make the stay comfortable were very apparent. We will look forward to staying at this property again in the future when we visit our college student.
