The carpet was very dirty and the ceiling was linking through out the building

The property is run down. There are bugs all over, the elevator is broken. The first night we stayed we woke up to all of our belongings covered in ants. The CLOSED and in bags snacks we brought with us was full of ants. The hotel refused to do anything to compensate for this and actually charged me a fee to "check in early" to switch rooms. When I fought it they said there was no way for them to compensate me because I booked through a third party.

In room 322 the shower didn't have water (it was faulty and they didn't notify me) and the toilet was clogged (the water took a long time to go down when flushing). The desk chair lowers when you sit down. The chair next to the bed is very dirty and has a very ugly stain. When I take a video of the room, the stain on the chair is very visible and it ruins the video. They should bring a new, more modern and comfortable chair. Thank you.
