The hotel isnt a big name nor is the property fully updated, but where it lacks in those area, it makes up for them with hospitality that is top notch. The staff takes pride in their job and you are always greated by a welcoming smile, a hello, or both. Room was well kept and upon entering the hotel, you're greeted by a fresh scent, which is present throughout the floors. The continental breakfast isn't bas and cookies and fresh popcorn are available all day. Overall i has a great experience and will definitely stay in future travels to Gainesville!

It is an older hotel and shows some wear but towels and linens were clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast choices were good, plenty of options except for fresh fruit. The location is nice; very easy to get to off of I-75 with a large assortment of restaurants nearby.

Helpful staff. Cookies, popcorn and warm drinks upon arrival. The bathroom had some wallpaper peeling at the edges and rust stains in the tub. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean.
