Hotel and rooms were in good condition, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We did have to switch rooms, due to an issue with the bed. The staff graciously moved us.

Our room was very humid. The closet reeked of mold so we could not use it. Something isn’t working correctly to lead to these conditions. The day staff were great. The night staff are rude.

Pleasant Surprise

I actually went in very low expectations bc of the hotel name and I’d never stayed at a “budget” hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and how friendly ALL the staff was. Robert at the front desk was awesome. I would stay there again bc of the staff and cleanliness.

Bathroom could be cleaned better. The breakfast Buffett was pretty good, but the Apple juice was watered down and the OJ had tastes of grapefruit, so probably needs to be cleaned. Check in staff was excellent, and besides the bathroom the rest of the room was great.

The room had a mildew smell when I walked in and it lingered. I do understand it is Florida and sometimes hard to get the humidity out but it was strong. The guy at the front desk was great and super friendly. The hotel was quiet and is very cozy.
