Nice Hotel but the pillows were so stank. Nice blankets too. But funky pillows. Also cleanup maids knocked 3 times from 10:15-11am. Even hotel manager called at 11:02 asking me to extend. So rude when check out is 11am

Our #1 place to stay

My husband has to go through medical procedures and we always stay here. It’s alway a very quiet place . Since it’s in a college town they do not allow parties. It’s has an easy access to I 75 and most restaurants & shopping. Since we are an older couple I find it very easy to get to many things. In the summer the pool area is fantastic especially with a barbecue grill area. It very pretty area. The breakfast area is very clean & nice for a quick breakfast. The even social is nice that serves wine. This is our number one place to stay in Gainsville

What an awesome find! We are travelling Florida from Australia and needed a replacement hotel after the latest hurricane damaged original. Staff are amazing. Facilities are totally great! Complimentary laundry, social evening with food, beer & wine & complimentary breakfast! We had a blast meeting new people from the US & Canada! We had a suite with a great kitchen facility, lounge area & beautifully appointed bathroom.

Room is more like small apartment.!it was really spacious, comfortable and clean, it had full kitchen. Kids enjoyed outdoor basketball court, pool area is nice too. Location ia very convenient. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and come back when visiting the area
