Location was convenient. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Television remote didn’t work well which was problematic because it’s football season in the South.

Great value for the money. Central location. Breakfast not the best but desk person said they are aware and will improve. They are adding additional breakfast space.

good location but street facing rooms (203) had lots of traffic noise.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, being in a downtown location does come with some noise at certain times of day. We offer other rooms away from the street and white noise machines at the front desk.

Miserable weekend

The hotel entrance was difficult to get in and out of. The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner difficult work properly and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Wish you would have told us that you had any issue with the air conditioner, we would have sent maintenance to your room right away to rectify any issue.
