The unit is located near south gate of UF, Shands Hospital, T75 and Butler Plaza. It is on ground floor. The bus stops right in front of the complex. The parking is free.

There are four rooms in the unit. Each room has its own bed/bathroom. Two persons allowed in per room. The Sun is a twin bed room. The room lock with U-bolt indoors.

Appliance with microwave and indoor laundry room, etc. It is a good place for leisure and work. You will have a pleasant time here.

Cheap place to sleep
The place was rather hard to find with Google maps. Room smelled like a locker room, never could figure out why. Would definitely stay there again.

Good for short down and dirty no frills economic stay for a male. Parking lot is kinda dark and it's tricky figuring out which building it is. Google maps took me to the wrong building.
