Lorraine and Jan have a wonderful, homey, inn that feels welcoming and comfortable. The decorations and antiques provide a country charmed feeling. We stayed in the smaller singe room. We peaked into the larger rooms with sitting areas, fireplaces, jacuzzis and they LOOKED AMAZING!
Most of the enjoyment comes from the hospitality of Lorraine and Jan. They have been doing this for 37 years and they do it as a business but also because they love serving people. Lorraine is great about making sure people have what they need and urges them to ask them for whatever. They make themselves available. If you want to chat while you have a yummy provided breakfast, you will have fun with this delightful couple who know the ropes of Galena and are glad to share them with you.
P.S. I really appreciated the little coffee/tea bar and mini fridge up on the bedroom level where we could grab a coffee and bring it back to our bedroom to sip while waking up and getting ready to go downstairs for breakfast!

The bed & breakfast was a great experience. The hosts were personable and welcoming, the accomodations were excellent and the breakfast was very good. All in all, a lovely vacation spot.

Lorainne and Jan are the most wonderful hosts! They are very friendly and I felt welcomed the second I walked through the front door. I highly recommend staying here.
