Great location and plenty of space
This worked out great for our family so that we each had our own areas, but with plenty of space to congregate. The place was extremely clean and convenient for the activities we wanted to complete. It is about a 15-minute drive into Galena proper, but we were aware of that going in and wanted the ease of getting there to go along with the amenities of the Galena Territory and Eagle Ridge. It was perfect for that.

Great location
We liked the facility a lot. Very clean and neat. There were a couple of issues, however. The smoke detector started to “chirp”. We replaced the batteries. Also, after a pretty cold Thursday night we discovered that the circuit breakers for all of the baseboard heaters had been turned off. Once they were turned on the place warmed up nice.

The house description for the house was accurate and it was the perfect size for 3 people. It is walking distance to the Eagle Ridge Hotel and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Girls Getaway to Galena
Our stay at Cedar & Sage House was perfect. We had 6 adults there with plenty of room for everyone! We all enjoyed having a bathroom on each floor of the condo! The location was perfect for our trip into the city. We enjoyed being able to swim at the pools at the Owners Club down the road, too. We would come here again if the opportunity comes up to visit the area.

Galena Territory Townhome
Even though we had some terrific storms 2 nights in a row - we toughed it out and were thankful to have a comfortable place to hunker down. The home is close to the Eagle Ridge Resort with lovely views out over the lake and is close to the Thunder Bay waterfall & downtown Galena. Great location & nice place to stay.

Really nice Condo in a beautiful location
It met our needs very nicely. Nice views. Passes for owners club were much appreciated. Very nice indoor pool for a rainy day. Board games, foosball, were used. Kitchen was well supplied for our needs - breakfasts and lunches. Responsive owners. All in all a great stay.

Family Getaway
The property was the perfect size for our family and was comfortable. We utilized the kitchen everyday and, although there was an adequate amount of pans, I'm glad I brought my big pot because there was nothing for cooking pasta. I do suggest bringing plastic cups and paper plates. Overall the home suited our needs and all were happy with it. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property!!!
We had the best time at this house for our weekend getaway. Incredibly clean, well maintained home. Our kids skid Chestnut and my husband and I went to the owners lodge for some R&R. The house was perfect because everyone had space to spread out, but could also hang out in the basement and play games. We enjoyed walking around Galena and visiting the historic spots. We also enjoyed walking along the many nearby trails. We are already planning on coming back. Thanks!!!

Chunks of broken glass under microwave, on counters & floor hazard for my grandson Dirty glasses, place was dirty Dust under couches I had to shake out bath mats, musty odor in lowest level. Broken handrail I could go on & on. Contacted host about cleanliness & broken glass. offered to have someone stop by I declined stating it should have been cleaned to high standards it boasts about in binder. Great Time in Galena!
The location, a few miles from Galena, is in the rolling hills of the Galena Territory. Very peaceful and beautiful. The condo itself was perfect for the four us. Plenty of room, very well organized, clean and well furnished. Definitely we will be back. And Rocky, our dog loved the room he had outside to explore the yard as well as the pleasant walks we took.

Very clean, well kept, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. House met our needs and driving to Galena took only a short time. Just wish we could have seen more color on the trees! Definitely recommend this property!

Our stay at the Cedar & Sage House was excellent. The home was updated and nicely furnished and decorated. It was clean and inviting. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts stocked the kitchen and bathroom with extra supplies such as tissue, paper towels, shampoo and soap. A washer and dryer were available, although we did not need it for our stay this time. The weather was a little cool so we didn't utilize the well-kept decks/patios, but did appreciate having the Smart TV's. We will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Annual Galena Golf Outing
The Villa was very clean, comfortable and it suited our needs for the extended golf weekend. Walking distance to the Woodlands restaurant and bar and there are many trails to go exploring on. Communications with the property owners was quick and easy and they are very easy to work with. We will be sure to rent from them again for our future trips to Galena. Thank you Jeremy.

Great gals get away spot
Four friends from all over Iowa gathered for a fun weekend in Galena with this property as our home away from home. It was clean, up to date, and as pictures were presented. It had a nice kitchen with all things necessary for meals. It had a bathroom with tub and shower by bedrooms on each floor. Beds and were comfortable. We really loved the throws on each bed as it was easy to curl up in them in the evening while winding down from the day, It was easy to get privacy if necessary. We walked trails in the morning, shopped in the day, and saw a hot air balloon being launched very close to our spot. We never turned on the TV, but they were in bedrooms and living room. This is a great spot! We are talking about a return visit next year!
