Galena “Anniversary getaway”

Perfect getaway
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOne Home bedroom golf villa was perfect. Made one easy meal there using propane grill, otherwise we spent time in downtown galena. Nice deck and view of golf course. Great walk paths. Will return!!!!

Great Getaway

The Owners Club passes were a great addition and we went to the pool and the marina while we were there. Close to downtown Galena and the shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect - very clean and had everything we needed!

It served its purpose… I guess

I vacation at Eagle Ridge almost every year and this property was by far the most disappointing of all our stays. The couch arm was broken, the couch pillows were more like seat cushions than pillows, there was a rip in the bed sheets and they literally only provide you with salt, pepper and oil. There is a coffee pot but no coffee which wasn’t a problem for me because I always bring my own coffee. Needless to say all the furniture was either uncomfortable or rickety and the carpet is in serious need of replacing. This property really needs to be updated.

We were really sorry to receive this review. We never heard from this Guest during their stay and they never expressed any of their concerns to us. Our check in details clearly explain what is in the home, so a guest can plan very easily what they need to bring with them. Please check out some of the other great reviews from this summer and know the location and the size of this home are perfect for 2 to 4 people on a Galena getaway!
