An Amazing Stay!
Publié le 10 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed here in November for a fun getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was an amazing time! The kids and adults loved all of the games downstairs. The kids also enjoyed the roomy bunk beds and the plethora of toys to play with. Our biggest reason for renting the house was the hot tub, and it did not disappoint! A nice surprise was having Alexa available both upstairs and downstairs. We have formed a bit of a dependence on her at home, and it was so nice that she was able to join us on our trip. :-)
Everything was so clean, and it's easy to see that careful attention has gone into decorating and stocking every bit of the house. All of the odds and ends we needed were available and in good shape.
Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to spend a big milestone birthday!

Galena Haven

Galena is such a cute town and less that a 15 minute drive we enjoyed shopping and looking around there as well, my kids enjoyed some hiking around the Galena Territory where the house is located, over great long weekend

Quiet, recluse. If you wanna get away it's here. Not far from Galena (15 mins).

Galena getaway

We had a hiccup on arrival about the previous cleaning crew, but Beth took immediate action to rectify the situation. She was very responsive to questions and wants her guests to have a great experience.
This home has everything you need to have a good time, rain or shine. We loved the nightly hot tub, early morning walks, and plethora of games.
Wish we had more time to explore the area, it will have to wait until next time!
