The areas were clean and the house instructions were very clear and organized. Only a few hiccups happened, two being out of the owners control, but still a bummer for us: the indoor pool was closed, but there was an alternate location to swim which was so nice, and the dryer wasn’t working so we couldn’t dry our wet cloths. One thing that I was disappointed in was the cleanliness of the pots and pans. Several were really dirty, but thar

Spacious Home in Picturesque Setting

The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to prepare our own meals, eat in, and not have to go out after playing. There are several areas to gather and relax, including a large screened porch, a nice deck with 8 chairs, a table and gas grill, a family room with cushy seating for 6 or 8, and a game room with a billiards table. Several of our group enjoyed the hot tub too. Our only criticism is that the beds are queen-sized even though the room sizes could have easily accommodated king-sized beds. That's a little awkward for our 8 guys sharing beds. Nevertheless, we're likely to rent again.

Family Get Away

With four different families, everyone had their own room with plenty of bathrooms to acommodate the ten of us. Great floor plan & plenty of options to eat (inside, outdoors, screened in porch). The kids thoroughly enjoyed riding their scooters up & down the sloped driveway. Our family goes somewhere every year, & this house by far had the best outfitted kitchen. It had everything you could think of for cooking, including a hand mixer, blender, insta pot, crock pot & griddle. I would highly recommend this property. Our famiy made some great memories.

Excellent family get-away!

The hot tub was clean and I could smell the chlorine (something we have not experienced at other homes in the area). We loved the pool table and all of the board games. We cook ALOT, and noticed some of the cookware needs to be replaced, but they have everything you need to create amazing meals. I recommend to always stay in the territory so you have access to the owner's club. The kids love the pool! Overall, we would love to stay here again!

Great stay
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay - there is a lovely path with a great vista at the end of the road (about .75 mi). The house was clean, the beds comfortable and location quiet. We really enjoyed the porch and the beautiful birds and nature.

Amazing place!!
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house with plenty of room for 4 couples. Kitchen was well stocked. Only negative was one toilet didn’t have a seat on it but was not a huge deal since there are 6 bathrooms.

Thanks, Tom; Apologies for the missing seat. We sadly had a scheduling mishap with one of our service providers who was momentarily unable to get into the house before your stay to replace the toilet seat the prior guest had broken. Rest assured that the toilet seat is now replaced and all items are working again at the house.
