Hotel très bien situé au centre du Fort de Galle et le personnel est très souriant et sympathique. La chambre est très correcte avec moustiquaire, wifi qui fonctionne et AC, mais on aurait apprécié que le ménage soit fait entre deux nuits pour le prix (qui s’explique je pense par l’emplacement). En résumé un hôtel à l’emplacement pratique pour une nuit à Galle.

Thank you very much for you kind review left. Kindly note that this Guest was upgraded to the Master Bedroom for free instead of the twin room they booked as a courtesy. Kindly note that we do not enter any Guest's room without their permission for any reason and cleaning will be done only upon request or every 2 days and that if the Guest gives the permission only.Many Guests do not like anyone entering their rooms as their important belongings could be everywhere.So please do a pre arrangement if you need the room to be cleaned after one day of staying as this could be done seamlessly. People who stay with us for a lengthy number of nights we do let them know upon checking in to let us know when they need the room to be cleaned where many let it pass some request every 4 days or they will only ask for new towels and linens to be changed. This could be done by talking to one of our staff. Best wishes.

Very run down and basic

Possibly the smallest room Ive ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and in poor shape, stained lampshade on the tiny desk. Glass door to bathroom so all light flooded thru there. Curtains did not meet in the middle in the bedroom. Bathroom was designed as a wet room, no shower curtain, awkward tiny 1cm "step" between toilet and shower. Kept falling over it. Windows and glass shelf in bathroom were very dirty. Tiled floor in bathroom very slippery when wet no mat provided. Ceiling fan in bedrroom rattled and wobbled. Air Conditioning worked well. The "roof terrace" was broken and dirty, two hammocks hung there in shreds. The pictures shown on hotels.com bear no resemblance to current reality. I do NOT recommend this property.

Great staff, super helpful and very pleasant. Room itself wasn’t exactly what we were expecting, but that’s okay. Great location.

Pleasant in every way

A most pleasant stay just inside the fort. Easy to walk the fort area and check out the city as well.

Good Villaです。

ご主人は親切。移動サービスについて相談したところ、しっかりアレンジしてくれたし、感じの良い方(日本語は不可)。立地は中心部でロケーションも良い。WiFi接続環境も良い。部屋も清潔。シャワーやトイレも十分使える。コスパを考えれば不快感・不満点は全くない。施設自体含む全体的な古さ・アメニティーの簡素さなど細かい点が気になる方は、コストかけてホテルにするべき。そもそもVilla宿泊に向かない方だと思いますので。

PERFECT location, right in the heart of the fort. Friendly staff always available to help with whatever is needed. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.
