The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was a little small but how much time does one spend in a bathroom? The breakfast is good. The major down side to this facility is the location. It is right next to the interstae on/off ramps and the traffic noise is horrible if you are in a room on the street side. It also didn't help that someone decided to run their care with a terrible muffler system in front of our window at 5 AM. I did not need to be up at 5 AM. The location is terrible but that is not the fault of the employees at the facility

Every single staff member was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was acceptable but I was disappointed that there was no "hot food item rotation" as advertised. Waffle was good and The breakfast attendant extra fun to talk to! The only sub par aspect: pool/fitness area was most of the reason behind picking this particular hotel but the hot tub was mediocre at best, as in, not hot at all, and the hours for guests to use the facilities don't start til noon (forget your morning workout). Overall, for the brand, expectations were met.

My only negative is the free breakfast. there was only one hot item and the orange juice left a lot to be desired. Other than that, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Hotel exceeded expectations for a Super 8. Beds were comfy, room was clean, and service was good. Could use updating as others have mentioned, but smoke smell in halls wasn’t apparent in the room.
