Ouder gebouw.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOuder gebouw. Eerst kamer niet roken en kregen toch een kamer waarin gerookt geweest is. Nadat we een paar uur de deur open gelaten hebben was het doenbaar. Het was niet proper. In bad lagen dode beestjes. Geen koffie of tenminste koffiezet in de kamer beschikbaar.

We and the housekeeper double checked everything . Everything was working and the room was clean . There's no smoking smell in the room.

The location is convenient to I40. The property and room are dated, however very spacious. No vistors allowed and $20 deposit required upon check-in. You get what you pay for.

The room was Spartan but clean. The AC works well, the parking lot could use a little work to give the place a cleaner look but the staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very affordable and I would stay here again.

The trains run parallel to the entire city and with Route66, but we are glad you were able to get rest during your stay. Hope to see you again soon!

Not the best
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe room was fairly comfortable, but floors and furniture were very dusty. There were not extra towels. We only had three towels for five people. It was clearly an old property but not badly maintained except for cleanliness.

Sorry for the dust on the furniture and the floor, we did not realize the weather seals had become loose during the last wind storm, our maintenance man has been notified. Regarding the towels, we will let our housekeeper know to keep more towels in the rooms. We also keep extra towels in the office for guests that ask, thank you for the feedback, and sorry for the inconvenience.

THE Indian 9 NOT AMERICAN INDIAN) was short tempered, RUDE.. did not like me asking questions... and she insisted I had to stay UPSTAIRS... unless I pay EXTRA $10 for downstairs room? Im 69 yrs young.. the place looked sketchy .. I LEFT there and booked across the street at a better rodeway in.. a bit more pricey butt well worth it> and service and staff were very NICE!

Person had booked for a queen which i had left was upstairs. Which he did not want to go and kept on insisting that he wanted it downstairs for which he had to pay extra. He was rude not me. Gave the key to check the room but he didn't want to pay extra . He had very bad attitude and said that he wanted to cancel the reservation. He was so rude from the time he came in. I have not said anything except that he had to pay extra for the king size which was downstairs. Better say the truth instead of lying.
