This hotel was home to many movie stars of the 1940-60’s! It has been kept in fantastic condition and is a rare Route 66 hotel still operational! It is reminiscent of National Forest service lodges, lots of wooden beams and a warm atmosphere! The restaurant is excellent and the 49 bar is great! The bar tender has been there forever and is great to visit with! Stay for a magical Route 66 experience!

Property was unique with history and charm, really enjoyed the fireplace in lobby. Only negatives were the room and bathroom were very small and the shower didn’t have great pressure, other than that, great place. I believe they have bigger rooms, if stayed again would book larger room and bathroom.

This was one of the coolest hotels I've been to. Very charming, grand lobby with fireplace, so much character. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious.

Unique hotel but skip the bar/restaurant
The pictures on the website make this hotel look way better than it is. Cute place and atmosphere but the ac was blowing hot air. Do not go to the bar/restaurant as we faced discrimination and were barely served. That is why my review is worse.
