l e manager de l'hotel n' a pas tenu sa promesse il devait nous rembourser sur notre compte pour le supplement vue sur piscine de 32 euros, car la chambre n' a pas été faite pendant 2 jours, ni les serviettes changées, ce remboursement n' a pas été fait depuis notre retour merci de vous mettre en contact avec eux ou nous rembourser cette somme et nous tenir au courant de la situation danielle TIXIDRE

There was mold all around the edges/corners of the ceiling.
The t.v. remote did not work.
As far as the staff was concerned, if they were at the front desk they were polite and helpful. If the staff was out on the property, they were rude and acted put out if you asked them a question.
We will not be staying at this property again.
