Our room reservation was changed on us upon arrival. We reserved two queen beds and ended up in a king suite with a pull out bed couch(super uncomfortable). Carpet in the room was just very dirty. Sheets we requested for the pullout couch were all stained, had holes and not clean. Location was the main reason we stayed there to begin with. But overall the hotel was just very dirty.

It’s not a terrible hotel if you need a quick night of sleep but my room was pretty dirty the air vents were clogged with dust and the coffee machine was full of plaque. The bedding was fine but the pillows felt like the cheapest possible pillow. It wasn’t terrible and the important parts of the room were clean but they definitely skip over some low hanging fruit while cleaning the rooms.

Good location, not good enough.

We found roaches in our room, as well as stains on our sheets, mold in the bathroom and homeless persons pestering my family.
