The clerks were so nice to us, both checking in and checking out. The rooms were big, with nice views, and so close to the cruise ship piers and The Strand. I'll definitely stay here again!

We loved the property and its location to my favorite restaurants, however, due to the stormy weather the shutters on the exterior of the windows were banging and woke us at 3:00 AM and lasted for several hours. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning...

We only stayed 1 night. We always stay here the night before we cruise as it’s a 15 min walk to the ship. Hotel is Vern clean and tidy. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. We came in Christmas night and they even had a list of restaurants open on Christmas Day. Definitely will stay again on our next cruise

Great place to stay before a cruise. Walkable to the first pier otherwise you may want to take a shuttle. Food options are low at the hotel but there are many options within walking distance.
