Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice home in a good neighborhood. You enter the house into a warm and musky room that had a very bad smell and crickets in the room. The next 2 floors were nice, except for roaches and dishes that were not the cleanest.
The view and the patio were great. There were lots of notes with lots of house rules. Took some of the joy out of the vacation. Quite overboard on what was common sense. The advertised perks were not all accessible. The master fireplace had notes posted about being unusable.
The biggest disappointment was notes saying not set the A/C below 71 degrees. We complied but were super uncomfortable every night. Six nights of NOT great sleep because of the room temperature. All of these things should have been voiced before we agreed to the terms of service and paid over 4k for 6 nights. Would never stay here again. Feel pretty duped about the advertising compared to the actual product.

Beautiful beachfront property with plenty of space for large families
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayLove this property! The views can’t be beat. Towels provided was appreciated as well as the washer and dryer. Outdoor shower is convenient and water hoses are everywhere to clean off all your gear. I think the first floor at ground level was recently flooded because the smell of mold is strong, but once you go up a level it’s much better.

Clean, great view and easy beach access

Minor suggestions - there were no beach towels or beach toys. Also no hand soap for the bathrooms and only left enough soap for two loads of laundry and two loads of dishes. With 10 people for four nights it wasn’t enough.

Beautiful home with amazing views, steps from the beach
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe brought our 16 year old son and friends to enjoy the beach for the weekend. This house was perfect for our trip. I used the kitchen quite a bit to cook breakfast and dinner. The layout of the rooms made it nice for the boys to sleep upstairs and hang out while we were sleeping downstairs. The views from the living room and master bedroom are amazing. We enjoyed watching the boys playing on the beach while sitting inside in the comforts of the living room. They played spike ball on the beach as well as frisbee and football. The deck was gorgeous and I enjoyed laying in a chair and reading a book to the sound of the ocean. It got a little windy so I enjoyed going inside to enjoy the views without the wind. There were 2 grocery stores within minutes of this place. It was beautifully decorated with electric shutters. The beds were comfortable. I’ve already looked at the summer schedule to see if we can come back to this place.
