Wonderful Accommodations

Room was clean, spacious, great view, wonderful staff. Felt safe both coming and going from the hotel.

Vacation with my family and it was a really nice place. Heated pool was a plus, breakfast was good with lots of options, and room with pullout couch was exactly what we needed. The couch also had a chase lounge which was helpful as well. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. My critiques are the fitness room was horrible, it needs upgraded and more equipment/options, the exterior needs a paint job to be more updated like other Springhill suites we see, and our room TV had issues connecting to internet and the bathroom handle became loose. We will be back tho as we enjoyed our stay overall.

The property is very conveniently and centrally located on Galveston Island. The property is well maintained, but not in pristine condition. Most of the staff are generally awful and unfriendly but professional. There is ALWAYS a problem EVERYTIME I stay there, and I always have to ask for assistance about one problem or another. It is never smooth or uneventful.
