Hotel noisy and cheerless made for groups

Breakfast time have to be booked by advance but nobody tell us by email and only 3 slots were left
Room very noisy : fiesta on the room close to ours
Window cannot be open to refresh air
Room was not plainly clean : spider webs on walls, nail clippings in bathroom, … ans has not been cleaned between the 2 nights of our stay : reception answered me we should have asked for… you have to read 2 pages of full text to know that : nobody on the reception told us…
Buses always parked in front of the hotel : great view on their cargo when having breakfast…
Tables and chairs in breakfast room seems not have been cleaned neither sanitised beetween guests (Crumbs of bread, mark on walls).
Hotel in general very noisy : made for groups, the opposite of a cosy place.
The environnement is not really nice ; need to have a car like us or take taxi…
Very expensive comparatively to the quality of experience of our stay.

I am also sorry that you were unable to book your desired slot for breakfast. Unfortunately to ensure social distancing in the restaurant we must adhere to a strict booking schedule.
