Property was very clean. The communication for check in never came through. Customer service rep was very nice but had no useful information. Beds were comfortable but only bathroom is upstairs.

The property itself is fine and in a nice location. The major issue is trying to access the property for the first time. No door code was provided at the check in time. Couple that with no direct way to communicate. (The phone number is to a service that you have to leave a message and they will call you back.) Amusingly, we were provided with check-out info 24 hours after we left. Horrible comms all around.

The worst communication and check-in experience ever! Four days prior to our stay, I called Expedia to try and extend our stay by one night. They got a hold of the property who offered to extend our stay at the price of $200 above the rate. I declined and booked the second night through Expedia at the reduced rate. I sent an email to the property that day with a couple of questions. That email was never responded to. On the day of our check-in I was suppose to receive the door code 3 pm. Having not received this I called the ‘direct’ number to the property which was a property management service. I waited in line for the next available agent. One never came and I was directed to leave a voicemail. I left a voice mail. I called 40 minutes later and left another voice mail. Afterward I called Expedia directly for help. After spending 40 minutes on hold their agent couldn’t find the booking in their system using every identifier possible (their booking number, my name, my email, etc) They were able to find my other bookings. At this point, we were disconnected. I called Expedia again. This agent seemed more capable. They told me that Expedia has had many problems and complaints about the procedures of this property. At this point, I had spent over two hours on the phone dealing with this in the middle of my dream Irish vacation. At this point, the management company called with door code. No apology given. We arrived at the property 3 1/2 hours after promised check-in.

It looks like your travel agent that you booked with have offered you a poor service as we sent your check in details via the expedia communications thread at 2pm , one hour before your check in time. We are also not responsible for you being on hold with expedia for long lenghts of time. Please note that as the owners of the property we tried calling you on the morning of arrival but you failed to pick up. We also have no record of you calling us to extend your stay so it would appear you have wrongly reviewed us. Hope the apartment is to your liking.Regards

Bad check-in
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived at the apartment at the check-in time and realized we had never received the check-in information. We called the number on the confirmation and reached a different travel site that had no record of us. After an hour of us calling and virtual chatting and never actually reaching the property, an email with the information finally arrived. The apartment itself is nice, and the area is quiet. Although one bathroom and a big group leads to a bit of a queue sometimes.

We sent your check in details at check in time on the day of arrival via the expedia chat , which we are advised to do by expedia We also tried to contact you on the morning of arrival with fail.We can do nothing more If guests fail to read thier expedia correspondence and fail to pick up telephone calls.Please note we didn't or don't send emails so maybe your agent failed to pass on the information

Sent too many emails so some details were missed. Otherwise very nice place.
Some road noise though.

Overall the place seemed worn and tired. The pots, dinnerware, glassware and cutlery were not clean. Would recommend a disposable dishcloth, a drying rack for clothing, some hangers and a smaller table in the kitchen so it can be used for 4.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsReally clean apartment and the rooms were all lovely with a good bit of space in every bedroom. Nice big clean apartment. The staff were brilliant, easy to get in touch with and super helpful.
