"A unique getaway"
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed in several cabins but this one has been an extremely outstanding for my family and the pet friendly was absolutely awesome. Good communication, a peaceful place to get away and lots of places to go nearby. We absolutely love it. Very much recommended.

Tournament weekend

Only problem I had was so far to drive to trout fish ... really wasn't a property issue lol

Great fishing cabin

Excellent Location

Shower room

Enjoyable stay for Family of 8
Publié le 12 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayJenni was a great help and accommodating during our visit. We loved being able to have family join us there to hangout and play. The hammocks were relaxing, and the little goat they have near cabin 6 was a fun addition for my kids to see. My children enjoyed playing on the playground, playing volleyball and other yard games, and playing in the little kid clubhouse. The overabundance of rain meant that the dock was flooded so we didn't go swimming. It is a steep walk down to the dock through the trees. The only negative issue we had was that cabin 6 itself did not have wifi. which made online work a bit more difficult. The wifi signal did reach the nearby pavilion, but it was too slow. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We now have higher speed fiberoptic internet with several extenders, so this is no longer a problem! Unfortunately, the goat is no longer with us BUT we have a Sulcata Tortoise now instead :) I apologize for the internet during your stay.

Quiet, Peaceful, Clean Cabin
Publié le 6 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayMy family and I enjoyed our stay at Wagon Wheel Resort. We stayed in Cabin 6, and it was very clean, as were the amenities on the property. My 3 year old loved the playground and the goat. The view was fantastic and Jenni was a very gracious host. We will definitely stay at Wagon Wheel again when we come back to the lake. Sad to see our mini vacation end, and will miss that view from the hammock.
