The room has issues even with opening the EM lock!
The whole area was not even made to be a hotel.
Room cleaning service and rubbish collection services utilise the same pathetic, slow lift as guests!
Safari Park was pretty pathetic too!

The staff are very nice and helping. The buildings are well maintained but certain area left un-managed. The room condition is a bit expensive for the price. floor not mopped clean. Dust everywhere in the room, balcony not cleaned. I guess there's bed bugs too coz my kids and I got red itchy bumps on our skin when wake up in the morning.
