Avis Historical villa in Tuscan countryside with private pool exclusive use

We planned this month-long vacation for over a year. It was for our family of 6 children & their families. This villa was perfect for us. Since everyone could come at the same time we coordinated schedules to accommodate when they could be there. As each family member arrived they commented how wonderful it was. The villa was the ideal size for everyone to have their own space & the common areas were large enough for folks to enjoy time together. The patios & pool were great. The location was central for us to take excursions to Rome, Florence, Pisa & Cinque Terre. We also visited several ancient villages including Siena, San Gimignano & Volterra- these were built by the Romans before Jesus was born. We found some great places to eat gelato, pizza & pasta. There are many vineyards & wine-tasting places, but the best we had were at the villa where we stayed. We wanted to create lifetime memories for our family & this place made that happen. The owners- our hosts (Franco, Patrizia & Nicolette) were outstanding-- friendly, considerate, & personable. We would highly recommend this villa & hope to return.
