Our room was super small, hard to get around. Just one desk chair to sit in. Breakfast bagels seemed very stale. Our room was next to the lobby and the lobby tv was going all night, and was annoyingly loud. People (staff?) could be heard at 2 in the morning being very loud.

Microtel on Gambrills.
The first room we were assigned had a hole punched in the bathroom door. We asked for a different room and we’re moved down the hall. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was what one would expect at a lower priced hotel. No frills.

Have stayed here several times since it opened. Property has gone down dramatically. Staff unhelpful, didn’t want to leave the office to talk to people standing at the desk. Ignored several requests for clean towels. One of the Rooms I had #217, was previously damaged with large hole in bathroom door. Bath tub had hole in side, the room had a very strong smell of marijuana.

Our room was very clean and quiet which was great when you have kids and you’re a light sleeper. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in many different states and would definitely come back to this one if I needed to. Any questions or requests were answered quickly and professionally.
