Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was excellent. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was not only a good value, it exceeded my expectations. It had several amenities not often found in less expensive hotels and even the more expensive hotels. It was also very clean which is very important to me...just an overall good experience!!!

Good place. Free parking. Walk to stores and restaurants. A/c was loud but worked well. Workout room could use more equipment. Breakfast was excellent due to staff being present and keeping everything stocked and clean. Will stay there again

Excellent, clean property with friendly staff. I would urge management to consider adding a bit more variety to the breakfast offering.

One of the worst staff experiences ever at any hotel I’ve been at. I was checked in for a two day stay. When I get there, received my keys and went to my room. Neither key card worked in opening the door. I go back downstairs to let the person at the front desk know. She does what she needs to and the keys worked. The next night at 3am, someone attempts to enter the room I was given. IRATE… I call downstairs asking the front desk how this is possible and in doing so I receive someone with a very nasty attitude. Before the call ends I asked for the managers name, I’m told it’s Diana and I get hung up on. Completely unprofessional! So I kindly made my way downstairs to see why I’m the one getting hung up on and why I’m the one getting an attitude since some tried to come in my too at 3am. The attitude continued and she even threatened to call the cops on ME because she didn’t like the questions I was asking her. I give her my name and in the system I was listed as a no show. How is that possible if I checked in Friday evening? I go back to the room and the keys were deactivated so I had to go down there again. She then activated the keys but as im approaching the desk she talking about the situation with another guest. Again, completely unprofessional! I will in no way shape or form be staying at or recommending this hotel to ANYONE!
