Good courteous staff. Good was good. However, there is mismatch in room tyoe listed in Expedia site and actual rioms in hotel... overall quality of rooms can be improved

We had booked three rooms for two nights. After traveling on road for almost 14 hours we got to the hotel at 9pm we found out that they didn’t have our reservation. I showed the our confirmation from Expedia. They said that Expedia had not connected them. What? After a long wait they offered us ‘standard’ rooms instead of ‘primier’ that we had booked. They said the next day they will move us to the primier rooms. When we got to our rooms we found the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and stained. We waited for them to change the bed sheets. We had had enough, next morning we canceled the next day’s reservation and moved to another hotel.

갱톡에서 가장 깨끗한 숙소 중 하나. 와이파이가 불가했으며 프런트에 문의했으나 같은말(비밀번호를 넣었는가? 당신의 층것으로 와이파이를 접속했는가?)만 반복하고 그렇게 했다고 2~3번 반복하자 그럼 어쩔수 없다며 날씨때문이라고 답변함. 에어컨 없었으나 덥지는 않았고, 조금 습하긴 했음

It was an amazing stay..the hotel was fabulous.it was way too more worth of money we paid..the best hotel so far in our trip

Awesome stay

Its an awesome experience in the hotel. I love to stay there if again I 'm in gangtok. All the staffs are very well mannered with a very lovely pleasant smile. Location is a bit far away from MG Market but easily can catch a share cab at Rs20 just before the hotel. At the very first time I thought the food price is very costly in the hotel but next I can understand this is the scenario of whole gangtok, so don't worry about that. Only thing I wanna add with the hotel that if possible than add ceiling fan because sometimes its got suffocation in room. Otherwise this is one the best categories hotels in gantok. I forget to ask the name of few stuffs of the hotel, so that I can specially thanks them for their sweet and lovely behavior, Basically those two sweet and lovely ladies from reception and the lady, I hope who is restaurant manager.
