Bel hôtel mais excentré

Très bel établissement haut de gamme, belle piscine, petit déjeuner très copieux, parking privé surveillé, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Par contre situation excentrée de la ville qui necéssite d'être véhiculé ou d'emprunter un taxi.

My stay

Rooms are clean. Services are good. Food is really good. Mattress were bit hard but hotel offered to use some blankets to make it softer. Water pressure and temperature were changing some time, not a big deal but better to be fixed.

Overall nice hotel with quiet location. Note location is a bit away from centre. Staff can have limited knowledge about things. At breakfast for some strange reason tea was hidden? I always had to ask but noticed other local guests would be given to them. Strange.

Fix the sauna please

It's probably the nicest hotel in the city, that being said it's not within walking distance to the main CBD, so you'll need to arrange for transportation. Luckily taxis are cheap and plentiful. Overall the stay was fine, my only complaints was that the Aircon was not working during my entire stay so I couldn't control the room temperature at all, other than opening the window. Also the sauna was not working either, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel in the first place. Breakfast was pretty good. There is no egg/omelette bar like many hotels around the world offer, but they do have scrambled eggs as part of the buffet. The breakfast staff were very good and very attentive!

Basic and middle of no where

It can’t be a 5 star hotel no chance. I would say 3 stars. Staff can’t speak English and food was average. Not many choices.

It was an amazing hotel. It was quite strange - for a medium sized city in the Azerbaijani hinterland, the hotel was extremely luxurious and professional with an excellent range of facilities. You would not expect there to be such a nice hotel in such a relatively remote city. We were very impressed and would strongly recommend.
