Beautiful Lake House with pool and hot tub!

Gorgeous lake house in the Lochwood subdivision! This spacious home is perfect for large groups and features 3 beautiful bedrooms—suite on main level with king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement each with a queen bed, large living room in basement with two memory foam pull out couches, and twin bunks. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center, pool table, Foosball, pool, and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear lake and the marina are across the street!! Beds for 12 people, licensed for 16. Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on vehicle size.

Perfect
This property was perfect. Just as described. It actually felt bigger than the pictures made it look. Check in process and communication was great. Perfect spot for our family to stay during the evening and an easy ride to the mountain for skiing during the day. We would love to come back for the summer and we will definitely look for this house again.

Very nice place to stay
This property was as described and very nice. Communication with host was good and minimal since there were no complaints. Since it were only two of us we didn't take advantage of the finished basement which had more bedrooms, family room and many TV's. Would stay there again especially if we bring more of our family.

This is a beautiful home that is close to everything! The pool and hot tub are very nice! The house was well stocked with dishes to make your own meals! The grocery store is a block away. Bear Lake is well worth your visit! Would love to come back and visit again!

Great place!
The home was really nice and had all the necessary amenities. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were large, which was nice because usually there isnt enough for the stay. The space was perfect and the beds were comfy! The smart TV's were nice too for our down time.

Family trip
Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Photos always make these look bigger than they are. Close to several things we wanted to do. Pool kind of crowded. Could be stocked a little better. We had a problem with the keypad but it was fixed within 24 hours. The owner talked us through getting the key to get in. That took a little time but it was an unusual situation. Over all a great time.

Fantastic Bear Lake house! Super clean and very nice! Next door to a great Grocery store. Walkable to Garden City. Loved the walking trail! Couldn’t have picked a better stay for our family. We enjoyed the club house and pool/hot tub. Nice patio with grill. So happy we stayed here!

Perfect New Years Eve weekend getaway
The home was very clean, roomy and had the essentials we needed for a fun weekend. It was very comfortable and we had a great time! The youngest member of our group was 18, but it would be a great place for a family with young children as well. Host answered any questions along the way in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

Bear Lake family stay
Our family (12 people total) used this home for a bear lake trip for three nights and it fit us easily. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pull-out beds and the bunk beds. And there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Having multiple tvs was convenient for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and laundry room useful. Our favorite was having the club house with its pools just a few steps away from the back door so when we got back from the lake or driving we could relax and enjoy the water. The price was very reasonable. Access was easy and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We all agreed we’d like to return again next year. The only thing that could be improved was the turntable for the microwave, which wasn’t spinning.

Beautiful home, backs up to the neighborhood pool/center which is super convenient and adds a bunch of grass to play on. The house is very nicely kept. Very close to all activities, but off the main road just enough to not be noisy.

Comfortable house
We had 6 adults and 4 children stay for two nights. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Our truck and pontoon boat just barely fit in the RV parking next to the house. On the first night we were able to park them in the parking lot just down the street from the house, but this was full the second night.

Spaces to gather, many tv's, Something for everyone!
Our family is very diverse and finding time and space outside of the world is invaluable. In addition to the fun of being "snowed in" together, we loved the family room with sleeper sofas and bunkbeds so we could fall asleep to the tv. The host was responsive, enjoyed the large dining table, had a fabulous time! Will book again!
