Short stay!
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI was there for a family party, one of my sisters was retiring after 38 years with the city. Everyone was great about making sure we had a great stay. I actually left a pillow in my room and didn't realize it until i was already home, some six hours away. I called the hotel and they had found it. I was told Bridget was off but would take care of getting it back to me. I called back and talked to Bridget and she took care of everything, even gave options on the shipping to get it to me sooner I needed it next day. I just got off the phone with her so we shall see, but i don't doubt everything will be fine.

Beautiful hotel, the furnishings and amenities were above most other chain. Hotels breakfast was very good and presented beautifully the room at high ceilings and upscale furnishings.
