Good and Bad
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit itself was totally satisfactory but I always had trouble getting into the front door. I had to do the punch code three or four times until it finally opened. The last night I didn't get in until after 10 pm and it wouldn't open at all. Luckily I had the emergency number in my purse and was able to call someone who told me about the hidden key in the hot water heater closet. If I hadn't had that number, I don't know what I would have done. There was no one anywhere to help. It was a little scary.

Nice condo in good location

It was a little tricky to find which unit (and building) was mine in this condo (likely timeshare) complex.
Would love to see an in-unit (or even on-site) laundry.

Suggestions
Publié le 13 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe only suggestions I have are: get some mixing bowls for the property, get scissors and tissues. Otherwise it was a nice, quiet and beautiful location.

Bear lake family reunion
Publié le 16 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had four (4) condos for our family. We played Pickelball, played on the grass and of course, swam everyday…. The hot tub was my favorite after a day on the lake…. We WILL be back!!!!!

Clean but…
Publié le 7 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat location on ground floor. Property very clean, kitchen had what you need, but walls super thin and not able to sleep on the pull out couch. You could feel the bars through the mattress. Great place with really only one queen bed and bring ear plugs.

Not worth staying at
Publié le 27 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe would like to bring some items to your attention with regard to our rental below. This is a list of items broken, missing and not working.
1. Broken PatioDoor - No lock (using a plastic pipe to stop door from being opened)
2. Light in Living room ceiling not working
3. Light over patio outside not working
4. No proper mugs for tea or coffee
5. No soup or cereal spoons
6. No bowls for mixing salads
7. Stove burners are disgusting, tin foil under burners never replaced. Also oven needs a good clean
8. No phone - for emergency use should something happen
9. Living room couch (Hide-a-bed) needs replacing
10. No roasting pan or cookie sheet for oven use
11. Clock on wall not working
12. Top of fridge and top of microwave very greasy - needs to be cleaned
13. Fridge may need replacing as it freezes everything on top shelf inside fridge even at lowest temperature. Freezer needs defrosting.
14. Lots of gouges in the walls
This unit is certainly not worth the rate that was charged.
We would never recommend this property and really it should not be on any rental site.
The owners of this rental should be ashamed of themselves that they would have this unit in the shape that it is in.
