Safe quiet. We accidentally left our window down in our car and it was safe the next morning.

Staff put us in a single king even though I paid extra for a double queens without telling us. Then they told us that Expedia messed up and shorted them $.61 and it was our responsibility to call Expedia and get it straightened out.

The toilet would not fill for at least 5 minutes after flushing. No HOT water eitger a night or morning showers.

They only have one bag tote that i saw. Food in the morning bad.

The hotel has been updated. Clean and doesn’t smell like Garden City (if you know, you know). The room had a stain on the bathroom doorframe, other than that the room was clean.

Not a bad hotel just not helpful

When we checked in, we had decided to go ahead and stop at the front desk instead of getting the digital key. This was our first day at this particular hotel and Garden City. The gentleman who checked us in barely made eye contact did not even speak about what the breakfast was and what time it was I really healthy even find the elevator good thing they’re close to the front desk and we found them ourselves. It was almost like we were disturbing him doing his extra duties of changing trash bags. That would be another subject that several of the trash cans and the eating area were already full and it was not even the end of the time of breakfast. The . The room was advertised , as a soundproof from it is far from that. I have slept in quieter hotels than this one. The window in our room was full of condensation. Most of the time we had even turned up the air conditioner so that it would not be running all night. The window leaked in , the room above the air conditioner unit when it rain so hard that night. The second night the hotel was a little quieter, but there was no parking the first night when we got there because there were a lot of pick ups with toy haulers And they were taking up two or three parking places for each one of Vehicl
