Was called the day of check in and was told that they overbooked and would transfer me to a sister property. The clarion that i was transferred to was a small room,was not impressed.

We needed a place to stay for the night. Nice quiet hotel with a clean room and nice breakfast the next morning before we got back on the road

The hotel is situated where (1) it receives too much traffic noise from loud mufflers and (2) it receives the stench from a cattle feedlot.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. Majority of the hotels are close to the highway that's where the busy traffic comes from. The stench is from all the cattle companies we have around the Kansas area north, east, south and west.

The clerk at the front desk was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great; eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. When checking out we accidentally left an item in our room and an attendant was quick to catch us before leaving. Highly recommend this hotel.
