I feel the hotel should try to place families with kids in one area if possible and adults with no kids in another area. Crying/yelling kids for hours and early like 7am ruined some of our experience.

centered around everything, rooms should be updates. shower head exploded with water everywhere. Shower is positioned at waist level. Not the Sheraton I'm used to.
