Poor condition for high price
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis property isn’t worth the money. Needs an upgrade. Good location for hiking/biking. Breakfast was pretty good. No other amenities on site for high price.

Dear Erica,Thank you for your feedback, we always value guest input. I'm sorry you feel we did not meet your standards of guest experience. We work hard to offer a warm special welcome. I see you stayed in room 102 a lovely cliff facing room for 250 per night.- a rather good deal for Memorial Day weekend I would think. Perhaps try the off season. As you noticed we have improved the breakfast and all aspects of the guest experience. Though not sure what other amenities you would have liked. We are a lodge. Not a country spa. Our spectacular location up against the cliffs with an abundance of hiking trails are priceless amenities.You may be pleased to hear we have renovated all the rooms and offer higher quality beds linens and soon a sauna, and cedar tub and a bar with light bites.Give us another try, you may be surprised

The bed constantly creaked and the one time I needed to hang clothes up there was no rod to hang them on. The tv remote only worked in one spot because of how they installed the box. All and all I liked the place and it was close to where I needed to be.
