Desk, housekeeping, bartender and restaurant staff are all extremely friendly ! I haven't had good luck with customer service but we scored a jackpot here with that!

Steak house was great and reasonably priced. Staff was courteous and helpful everywhere we went at this facility. Rooms are clean.

OK for a Layover
Posted Sep. 8, 2024 on HotelsThe front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, upbeat and did a great job. The biggest downside is the age of the property and it should be updated throughout. The room was clean but dated, as well as the bathroom. However, the lake view from the window was beautiful - if only there was a balcony! As is typical for a casino property, accessing the front desk, restaurants and bars was by walking through the casino which had a musty, cigarette smoke smell and also needs new decor. The food and service in the Steakhouse and Lakeview Cafe was good and (relatively) fair priced.

We are sorry to hear this. Will you please share what room you were in? This year we replaced mattresses' and have put new blankets, sheets, pillows and linens in most rooms.
