The view from the room was beautiful, definitely recommend lake side rooms.
The breakfast could be better in weekdays, hot cooked breakfast will improve the hotel quality.
However, staff was friendly and kind enough to make us feel revisit the hotel.

I’m sorry our continental breakfast wasn’t what you were hoping for. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, though. We do have a nice hot breakfast for our weekend stay guests with things like fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, hot cinnamon rolls, etc… If you happen to come back and visit, I hope you are able to stay on the weekend and we would love your feedback on the hot breakfast offerings we have for weekend guests. (Hot breakfasts are served Saturday and Sunday morning for Friday and Saturday night hotel guests.)

The Whitney Mountain Lodge was just what my husband and I needed for a little relaxing getaway after a very stressful week. The staff member who greeted us showed us to our room, showed us how everything worked, and was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony in the moonlight, as well as when the sun rose. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and just the thing we need to fuel up for our day. I would highly recommend staying here, and I plan to visit again!

Thank you for taking time to write a review, the sun and moonrise over the lake is such a special experience. I only wish I could figure out how to capture it on a camera!

Loved our stay here! The view is gorgeous! We stayed in the suite with the jetted tub which was great! Wayne who manages the property is awesome and so welcoming and helpful. They have an event space too that we’re considering for our wedding. It’s an older property but is very charming and functional with big suites and amazing views! Will stay again for sure!

The best view on the lake!
