*Warning* One of the Panoramic Suites smells of cigarettes (Expedia won't allow me to post which one)
The property and area are very nice. We arrived to find our room smelling strongly of cigarettes, which forced us to spend the first night in a different room. After our room was recleaned, we moved in, but it still reeked of cigarettes. The hosts will not be able to get the smell out of this apartment without considerable effort.
Very disappointing, and we were charged full price, insane!

Dear Keegan,during your stay, you had personal contact with Bader Suites staff on several occasions. In the course of several enquiries on our part, it was confirmed to us, that everything was in order. We are therefore rather astonished to be informed in this way about possible shortcomings.Regardless of this, we took your complaint as an opportunity to recapitulate the events with our team members today. First of all, we would like to emphasise, that each of our flats is thoroughly and carefully checked before arrival.As we noticed light cigarette smoke in your apt you reserved on Thursday, 15.02.24, the apt. was thoroughly cleaned and ventilated again on Friday, 16.02.24. After a further check by two members of staff, no odours were detected on Friday, 16.02.24. On the day of arrival, Friday 16 February 24, at around 7pm, you informed our colleague Sasa at reception, that you didn't want to stay in the suite, especially as it smelled of cigarette smoke. You were then offered to move to another apt. which you accepted.The following day, Saturday, 17.02.24, the Suite was given another deep clean. You were given the opportunity to view the Suite again, to decide whether you wanted to move back to Suite. After your inspection, you informed our Sasa, that there were no further odour nuisances and that you wanted to move back to the Suite. In the afternoon of the same day, you spoke to our housekeeper Dragana. As you obviously still noticed odours, the curtains were removed.On your departure, on Monday, 19.02.24, you confirmed to Sasa again, that your stay was fine and that everything was in order.Contrary to your statement, you were offered compensation for your subjectively perceived shortcomings, which you accepted!The fact, that you travelled with your dog, but didn't mention or register it with us, should also be mentioned for the sake of order.With kind regards from the Bader SuitesAndreas Lechner

Fantastic apartment, very well equipped and super clean. Nice extra touches with dressing gowns, shower gel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing apartment and well located

The apartment is immaculate and furnished beautifully and it is just a few minutes walk from the centre and lovely restaurants. 11 minutes walk will get you to the train station or the ski slopes.
Check in was easy and an app will give access to the apartment. The information provided is excellent and everything in the apartment is high quality. We loved our stay and already talked about going back in the new year.

Great Stay
Publié le 16 déc. 2023 sur HotelsSpotlessly clean. Excellent range of kitchen utensils etc and a stand out coffee machine. Garage worked really well and property location is spot on. Lack of bath is the only very small downside. Would highly recommend.

Checking in is 100% online - no one is around if there are issues. WiFi is weak outside the rooms so having to login and checkin every time you leave the building is ridiculous. We stayed 4 nights - never brought clean towels - we shower daily sometimes twice a day so reusing towels is a bit gross.

Dear Jennifer,thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.It is true, we are an almost contactless Apartment House (NOT Hotel) and the check-in-process works online. In advance we'll inform all guest in detail about the procedure and we kindly ask for the check-In time. In case of questions or problems our concierge Sasa is in the house to be helpful, daily from 8 am -5pmSorry, but we didn't had an information from you, that you would be arriving after 6pm - then we could have prepared for that....Also, we would have then immediately provided the extra bed for the accompanying person you did'nt notify. Bader Suites is NOT a Hotel, towels are not changed. Upon request, they can be changed for a small fee. Alternatively, washing machines / dryers are available to our guests in the house.Dear Jennifer, we thank you for your stay and wish you all the best.Bader Suites Team
