Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath 1970's bungalow - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway! This charming retreat is 15 minute’s to DT Raleigh and 5 mins to White Oak Shopping Center. Nearby Lake Benson offers everything from paved/unpaved trails to fishing and boat rentals. You can pass the day at Centennial Park just 3 mins away. This bungalow is a charm; newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

The property has a $50 pet fee per night per pet with a maximum of $500 per pet.

Please be advised that we will require a security deposit for any guests who have no reviews or are new to the platform.

Please share a copy of all of the rules of the house with all of the guests in the house.

***ONLY GUEST 21 years or over may book this home***

1) The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of all of the guests in the house.

2) We expect you to be responsible and treat the house well. We are in a residential area. People live all around us, and we respect their right to peace and privacy. Quiet Hours are mandated by Garner law between 10pm and 7am. You must not be on the outside spaces making noise during these times. Garner takes its Noise Ordinance very seriously, and if a police car drives by and hears noise, you may be cited and face sizable fines. If police are called because of disturbances in the house or noise levels, you will be immediately evicted with no refunds.

3) Access to the house is through the front door or side door

4) Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property which includes the side deck, front porch, the back yard fire pit area, or any grassy area. If there is evidence of smoking or a smoke smell in the house when the cleaning crew comes, you will be charged a fine of $500. This is not an additional cleaning fee to remediate the smoke smell, this is a fine for breaking the NO SMOKING rule. Smoking on any part of the property is NOT permitted.

5) No illegal substances or criminal activity allowed on the property. Illegal activity will be grounds for eviction with no refunds.

6) The guest responsible for the booking shall be responsible for everyone entering the home. Any damage caused; either by registered party or any visiting guest(s) of theirs will be charged to the guest responsible for the booking.

7) Please lock the doors whenever you leave and close the windows. To lock the keyless locks, press the lock icon on the digital screen after you close the door. If it rains and the windows have been left open, you will be responsible for any damage to the house or its furnishings.

8) Please treat our home respectfully and leave the house in the same condition that you found it in.

9) Clean up before you leave: all bottles, take out, food, cans, boxes and anything else you brought into the house must be disposed of in the trash bins at the back of the house to the left of the driveway. There are lots of trash/garbage bags in the pantry and under the kitchen sink for you to use. Spill something???... Please clean it up. Paper towels, vacuum, broom and cleaning agents are made available for your use. Please especially clean up spilled drinks before the stickiness gets tracked everywhere. There are old towels on top of the washer in the laundry room if you need to clean up any spills. Please feel free to dispose of the old towels after you have used them. Do not attempt to clean up liquid with any vacuum cleaner. (This is a new rule based on recent guest behavior.)

10) Please place dishes in the dishwasher before you leave please.

11) Please don't move the furniture from room to room. Please especially don't move the indoor furniture outside.

12) Do not take mattresses off of the beds.

13) Disabling any devices such as the NoiseAware device, Alexa, or any cameras without express consent from the host will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If the devices stop working, we will come by to remedy the situation and get them back online. If they have been deliberately disabled, the group will be evicted with no refunds.

14) The fireplace inside the home is NON-FUNCTIONING. Please do not attempt to light it. Again, don't put anything in the fireplaces. Don't cook in the fireplace or make s'mores in the fireplace.

15) Don't use the body towels/ hand towels and/or washcloths to clean anything but your body. Especially the floor. If you need to clean a spill, use paper towels. A large spill? There are old towels in the laundry room to be used for cleaning.

16) If you break something, please let us know.

17) Don't take anything off the walls.

18) No glitter, no glitter, no glitter. Please, no glitter. Confetti is allowed if it's made of paper.

19) Excessive cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300.

20) If spills are on the furniture and/or rugs and cannot be removed, the booking guest will be charged with replacing the item.

21) The booking guest will be charged for any damages to the house, even if done by another guest.

22) Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee of $50 per night per pet ($500 max per pet). The presence of unauthorized or unapproved pets will incur a $1,000 fee penalty plus any damage caused by the pet.

No good for our family
I was uncomfortable with booking. After booking a message saying "Visit our portal and sign an agreement". They have no record of me signing that agreement because I refused. I will only do business through Vrbo, not different portal outside Vrbo. The access code was withheld from us until I confirmed that I did not have pets. I replied "We do not have pets", the code was sent. The outside trash was full and took it to the street. Next morning my husband asked " you brought the trash can back up to the house?". No!! Immediately our safety and privacy became compromised. The front door handle had to be tighten. We kept falling over the rug in the living room. It's old and taped to the floor and the tape failed. The rug was an issue. Pest control showed up during paid time. Children killed roaches. Not a big deal until I was cooking, a roach crawled from the stove. I sent a picture of the roach, no response. It's a miniature foosball table in the shed and could break easily. I did not allow my children to play with it. Fridge "replace water filter" was on. We had no ice or water. I sent messages to vrbo and host. Response: No filter, its on order but will reimburse you or dropped some off. The showers are 2 toothbrush holders long no bathtubs. There were so many potential extra charges, I handled some of the cleaning crew job and took pictures to avoid that. Departure message required as well. Overall experience, we were at a 5 star restaurant eating McDonald's food.

In town for a wedding
We attended a wedding at the distillery which is about 8 minutes away from the property. My husband and I along with our 3 adult daughters stayed in the home. It was perfect for us and enabled us to “glam” in a much better way than a hotel would have allowed. Given the choice for a do over, we’d stay here again. Check in process was a little confusing but the host was excellent at helping us through it. Very clean and livable.

Christmas in Garner
We were visiting our daughter in Garner and this was only 15 minutes away.The yard was terrific for our pups! They got their energy out!! It was easy to go back and forth to the house to let the pups out! I would just suggest a light for nighttime use for the backyard.. Otherwise it was great!!

We were very happy to find a house to rent that was walking distance to my daughters house. The house was very clean, decorated nicely and fit our needs perfectly. Quiet neighborhood. WiFi was not posted in house as stated but after sending an email we were given the password. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Perfect house for our family
We really enjoyed our stay at the charming Le Bleu Haven. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for our family. The house was beautifully decorated and very very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice fenced in yard. The neighborhood was average but close to shopping and a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant.

Newly renovated and clean but sparse
The house has been newly renovated and is nicely decorated. Be prepared to bring your own amenities. There was a small roll of tp left in one bathroom and none in the other. One keurig pod supplied and I feel these were probably from previous visitors. No laundry detergent pods and only 2 dishwasher pods. Only one set of towels in each bathroom. TV was odd, it has Freevee which does not have live tv at all. TV does not have an antennae so you cannot get local stations. There is a grocery store at the corner where we were able to buy tp, coffee pods, detergent pods. We borrowed extra towels from our daughter's house. Wifi password is not provided anywhere so make sure you contact the owner when you arrive. We did appreciate the iron and ironing board as we were in for a wedding. All appliances are brand new and very nice but there was only one small pan supplied which was fine for us as we did not cook there. I really like the code entrance so we didn't have to keep track of keys but make sure you lock it when you leave as it doesn't self lock. Outdoor game room looked fun but we did not use it. Location is great as it is nice to be close to grocery and breakfast place. I own a vacation rental and feel that, since this is a brand new listing, the owner just needs to catch up on supplies. Otherwise, it is a spacious and clean rental with high end appliances and furnishings.

The property was perfect for our needs. The only problem we had was that our bed tilted during the night, the legs on both sides were broken. The owner came the next morning an consented to the fix my sister suggested. He said he would replace the bed after our stay. I also noticed on the last night we were there that there were cockroaches in the kitchen.

This is a really great property!
Very clean, updated, well maintained. The kitchen is probably the best stocked one I’ve ever seen in a short term rental. Communication with the property manager was excellent. It really helped my family to have a nice place to stay while we waited to move into our new home. Thank you!

Family Get Gathering
We flew in from California and the airport was conveniently located from the house. It is also close to downtown Raleigh.The property was well maintained and very clean. Kithchen was well laid out with all the neccesary items for cooking. Family room was relaxing and an excellent area for all of us (6) to gather. Although the weather was not very inviting the outdoor area was spacious. Their was an issue with a couple of dinning room chairs that required repairs. We notified the owner and he ensured us they would be repaired immediately. Overall we enjoyed the comfort and lay out of the house and we would return.
