Relaxing Stay
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace is secluded from your high traffic areas. Owners are great with communication and accommodated when there were requests. It was good to understand the history of the property as this is shared within the cabin. Loons are in abundance on the lake.

Rustic Gem
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNeat family run resort, great location, lovely Cafe with great food and coffee, very friendly and helpful resort owners, if we needed anything they responded promptly and got us what we needed. We wish would have had more time to explore the lake. We enjoyed are stay. Thank you.

Not as pictured

Not as pictured we had ground squirrels inside the bathroom had a couple of leaks and I thought it was private and was not, should say private/shared. They must have used the previous owners pics, No towels, not enough plates, cups, for 7 people which it states sleeps 7, bathroom wasn't good, but the boat ride was excellent and the owners were right there, still had a great time with family, do not go to cabin1 and if you think its private its not

I’m very surprised to read this review as we talked many times and none of these points were brought up. Had no idea as you never mentioned there were squirrels, and we’ve never had a problem with them before, but it is up north in nature so there’s a possibility they snuck in with open doors. We did not use previous owners pictures as we extensively renovated this specific cabin. All pictures listed are those after we have renovated and everything in the pictures are included. If you needed more plates, we have them as we do towels-just needed to ask as we wouldn’t be aware otherwise. I’m sorry to hear that because it wasn’t as private as you were expecting, our review rating suffers. This is listed as 1 of 8 cabins and as a resort. Happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful lake!

Wonderful and relaxing place
Publié le 3 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time here. It was so great waking up to the loons calling and being able to just walk down to the dock to fish. The cabin was clean and spacious enough for our family of six. Brian was great to work with, answered our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The state park nearby was one of our favorite spots as well as the mini golf in Deerwood. We loved just relaxing outside or fishing off the dock - many fish to be caught!
