new hotel with all the basic facilities. location is great, with rice fields and mountains behind it but you will need to book the rooms facing the rice fields and not the swimming pool in order to get the full view. staffs are very friendly and professional and like the feedback from the other guests, they do speak good English. the gym has one bike and one treadmill so it would be OK if no more than 2 persons want to use it at the same time. only thing missing is the hot spring, you need to go to another hotel in order to enjoy it.

Enjoyable and memorable

Our room had mountain view and its very lively. Very nice breakfast and comfort stay. Will come back again whenever we stay near by Garut

It new hotel hoping u keep this hotel clean as possible. Try to have more out door activities like mountain tracking n more advertisements on this hotel. Singaporean will love to explore more on nature.
