nice, clean. room was dated, need of some replacements; shower curtains, some ada support. barking dogs were easily heard, but staff was working hard to address. very friendly

This hotels condition has deteriorated badly is this last couple years. We arrived around 8 pm room we were given had door propped open by safety latch. There was no shampoo or soap present. There was a rip in the carpet at the door.

Not worth the headache.
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur Hotels-Stayed 4 nights, and EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, we had to have the room keys reset, because they wouldn’t open our room.
- Reserved a room with a Jetted Tub, and the Jets did not work. We informed the front desk of the issues and we were told someone would take care of it. No one came to look at it, and we were still charged full price for a Jetted Tub Room.
- indoor pool was ICE cold.
- Continental Breakfast was terrible.
- Check in was a mess, with people lined all throughout the lobby, due to only one person working, on a busy weekend.
Overall was NOT the best way to spend $1000 for lodging on a trip.

The hot breakfast that was supposed to be served til 10am stopped at 9:45. Manager was unwilling to make it right

The stay was a good experience. Hotel is older could use some updates. Breakfast was plentiful with good options.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was more on the firm side, still comfortable. Sheets were nice but the blanket is rough. We would stay again.
