This hotel is great. It’s one of our favorites to stay at for the budget. Staff is very friendly. Easy to get into the strip of gatlinburg. Only thing is where the pool was is getting dangerous. Over grown, the fence is rusty and falling apart. Other then that hotel is great.

Front desk young lady was friendly but for the room was nothing nice. Shower would not drain and spoke to two different people and nothing was done, toilet ran non stop due to a bad $15 fill valve that if you look back 2 weeks ago someone else has pics of the same issue and something about the room felt wet like if you had a humidifier going at all times to where the bedding felt wet all the time and even our clean clothes felt like that the next day. Do not believe the photos online and they show a pool but its filled in with dirt. Room 120
