The staff and service was Great,friendly, courteous and professional. The location was Great. My only issue was with the hotels new 1gal flush toilets that sometimes didn't flush properly.

We showed a night early. The gentlemen was great to work us in and told us all was good. While we were out enjoying our next day in gatlinburg I got a phone called and said that if I wanted to stay the next night of my reservation then I would have to pay an addition $200. Totally dumbfounded. The room was not that nice. Our hotel lamp was disgusting, that we wouldn’t let our kids touch it. It looked like someone threw up on it. We will not be back!!!

Winter in Gatlinburg
The front desk employees were very friendly. The room was nice & clean. The beds were too hard for us. Great location. Resturants & activities are within walking distance. We would stay there again.

I loved that it was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg & the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with minors for a cheer competition, so when we came back late night, we had to park in overflow parking lot which was only 1 street over, but with young girls, i was worried about walking that late. But I must say I felt safe. Will definitely stay at this property again
