Went to Gatlinburg for a late anniversary trip. The view was amazing and it was perfect for the two of us. Has everything we wanted.

Beautful. Kitchen fridge was slightly dirty but overall, very beautiful. We loved it!

The overall property made the vacation enjoyable the only reason for the 3 is due to the communication I got from the property. My original reservation property got moved due to maintenance (no big deal), Lorenzo got it switched and even said that the property I’m getting in return was cheaper and they would refund the difference but when I was told to call the next day Diana/Tiana said that no refund was being processed that the room was price matched and she seemed rather rude/irritated over the phone so I didn’t argue as I didn’t want my vacation ruined.

Not impressed with this stay. Stayed on the third floor again like last year. The drain was slow to drain the water while showering and pooled in the tub. The upstairs bedroom had a roach in it. The pool water was very cloudy unlike last time. Place must be under different management as it has been let go. Very disappointed in this stay and will not be back.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Jackson Mountain rentals strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I don’t see that you called in to report any issues to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. Our properties are treated regularly by a local pest control company to prevent these pests from making it into the units.
Unfortunately, sometimes when it rains or gets cold, they are still able to make it in. We scheduled a walk-through of this property with our team to ensure all drains are draining correctly and treated the property for pests in between the regularly scheduled treatments. Thank You for letting us know about the pool water we will inform our local team to ensure this gets taken care of right away.
