This was a perfect location for us to walk into downtown Gatlinburg and enjoy everything. It was a perfect sized room for 2 and we will be staying here again

Stayed here for Christmas, we never had any problems with guest or staff. Price was affordable. Place Was very quiet. We Slept well in the comfy king size bed. Only issue was mild dust floors, I wiped everything down when we entered but still seen dust layered on furniture daily. Also the floors didn’t seem clean in corners and around furniture. I’m very ocd about the floors being dirt free. But it didn’t hurt our stay. We will definitely stay here again

Our stay is always great here but I Prefer the rooms around the pool it’s easier for my husband and I but they were working in that area. The mattresses were good but the bed frame terrible it was made out of metal and made popping noises every time you moved. This is new, never had that before.

First room door open, balcony dead bolt had missing bolt. Got a different room. 2nd room, dirty(hair on bathroom floor, hair in bed sheets, stain on bed, dusty). AC/heater doesn’t work properly. The desk clerks very unfriendly (like you’re bothering them)

Overall good stay. Friendly staff. Well lit. Shower could use a bit more water pressure, but definitely usable. Layout was a bit confusing at first since its two buildings. Would definitely stay there again though.

We love staying here because it is right on the Gatlinburg strip so we can walk everywhere. It is also a very low price for the location. It is not fancy but it has all the basic amenities and is always clean when we stay. If you are wanting a simple affordable room this place is the way to go!

The property is a great location , we can walk to everything. The room was decently clean . The AC was broken and would shut off after 5 minutes, there was no fan in the bathroom and the room stayed humid and stuffy . We were there for 4 nights and never received any kind room service , not once did anyone come in and make the bed or leave clean towels .

This is a great place to stay... ...if you want a dirty bed and bed bugs. The rooms are poorly lit and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor and look around with your cell flashlight. The first room I was in, one of the beds had been PEED IN and not cleaned. The whole room smelled. The sheets appeared clean, but not the blankets. I assume they changed the sheets and put the dirty blankets back on the bed. My second room had several dead bugs, and after pulling back 2 mattress pads (when there's usually only 1), there were dead bugs under the pads. I was told I would likely not receive a refund because I booked through Expedia, but that a manager would call me. I never heard back.

this place was very old, BUT very clean, safe and a great price for being one block from main street with restaurants and shops. I recommend and would stay there again.
